Azureon recently held its annual kickoff meeting with Plante Moran, bringing together the firm’s Audit Assurance, Tax, Transaction Advisory, and IT Consulting teams to align on the year ahead.
Plante Moran plays a central role in supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of Azureon’s financial operations across all of its branches. The Audit Assurance team conducts Azureon’s annual independent financial audit.
The Transaction Advisory team supports financial due diligence and quality-of-earnings analysis. The IT Consulting team has been instrumental in Azureon’s ServiceTitan conversions, helping branches transition to a platform that strengthens operational visibility across the organization. And the Tax Advisory team manages tax return preparation, ensuring Azureon remains compliant as its footprint expands.
During the kickoff meeting, each team reviewed the prior year’s processes and outcomes, then turned to planning for the year ahead — identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery across Azureon’s branches.
