Isaac Keselman

President

Isaac Keselman has his BS in Finance and Accounting from Montclair State University.

He was raised in the plumbing and heating industry and learned about hydraulics, heat transfer, and water since he could hold a flashlight. He started in the swimming pool industry in 1985 as a service/maintenance tech on a weekly service route in NJ during a summer job.

Upon completing university in 1995, he expanded his business to include minor construction projects and renovations, as he was often asked to diagnose and correct problems that seemed to stem from substandard construction practices and material selection to application and improper implementation.

By the late 1990s, he had fully emerged in residential gunite pool construction, service, and maintenance.

Keselman serves on the NESPA Metro chapter as the immediate past president and has been the education chair since 2017. He is currently the NESPA Treasurer chairman of the education committee, and is honored as a member of the NESPA ¼ Century Club. He also serves on the PHTA Builders Council and is currently a Certified Master Pool Builder and Design Professional with GENESIS / PHTA.

Kyle has been married to his wife Karen since 2017, and they enjoy travel, entertaining and spending time with their blended family of four daughters (and new sons-in-law!) Karen is also a swimming pool industry professional and serves as Executive Director of the Long Island Pool & Spa Association.

Kyle is a widely-recognized industry leader, both for his achievements in residential and commercial pools, and for his dedication to improving the professionalism of our industry.

Kyle’s amazing national network and impeccable reputation made him the perfect choice as Azureon’s first CBDO. With numerous national and regional awards, he serves on the PHTA Board of Directors, and is past President of NESPA and LIPSA. He is a tireless volunteer for numerous local charities and industry advisory boards.

Ed’s dedication to professionalism, volunteerism and industry excellence earned him the respected title of PHTA Fellow many years ago.

With over 40 years of experience, Ed continues to serve as an educator and mentor not only to his own staff, but also to other pool companies throughout the country as a recognized expert on pool service and leak detection. His depth of knowledge and eagerness to help others makes him an invaluable resource to the Azureon brand members.

Husband-wife duo Mando & Rene Insignares have over 45 years of experience in the pool industry. Their son Mike joined the design team full-time in 2007, and their daughter Julie works behind the scenes on the business’s computer programming.

Steve Gorlin is a leader who looks out over the horizon and sees into the future. He is an entrepreneur and a good businessperson who loves his family and serves the community.

Steve is the President of Gorlin Pools, a company Steve and his wife Judy founded in the basement of their rental house in 1999. With a used Toyota pickup truck, and a burning desire to help people, they began their journey of building a pool service business. Steve worked 16-hour days to make sure his clients were always served. It was not too long before word of mouth spread about Steve’s care and concern for his clients and their property, his attention to the smallest of details, his rapid responses to all requests, and a never-ending passion to always making it right for his clients. Yes, it was long hours but because it was Steve’s passion, it never seemed like work. “It was fun back then…and it’s even more fun today!”

Rainbow Pools

Rainbow Pools has been a trusted name in the pool industry since 1982, founded by Mike Todd’s parents and continuing a family legacy that began in 1964. Mike, a third-generation pool builder, joined Rainbow Pools in 1994, launching a weekly service program and growing the service department’s revenue from $300,000 to over $1 million by 2000.

As President since 2002 and full owner since 2008, Mike expanded Rainbow Pools into high-end shotcrete pools and acquired Living Art Designs in 2011, transforming the company into a full-service design/build firm with a strong retail and service presence in New York’s Hudson Valley.

With projects spanning four states, Mike has earned the Certified Building Professional designation and was honored with the Hudson Valley “40 Under 40” award. He also serves as a trustee for the Mount Gulian Historic Site.

Rainbow Pools continues to deliver exceptional design, craftsmanship, and customer service, creating stunning outdoor spaces for clients across the region.

Mike Todd

President

Mike Todd has worked in the pool industry his whole life. He is a third-generation pool builder; his grandfather started a pool business in 1964. Both of his parents worked in that business until 1982 when they started Rainbow Pools.

Even though he initially went off to college instead of going right into the workforce, the idea of running the family business never left Mike, and in April of 1994, he joined Rainbow Pools as the service manager. He hired two new service techs and started a weekly service program that was not part of the business before. Mike grew the service department from a $300,000 division to over a million dollars in revenue in 2000.

Mike took over as defacto President in 2002. He bought his parents out completely in 2008. In 2011, he bought a landscape/hardscape business that expanded Rainbow’s business model even further. The acquisition of Living Art Designs allowed Rainbow to become a complete design/build firm with a strong retail and service presence in the Hudson Valley of NY.

Mike has overseen pool builds in four different states when they expanded Rainbow’s presence into eastern CT and the Berkshires of MA as well as pools in northern NJ.

Pelican Pools Inc. began operations in the spring of 1988 and has been successfully servicing the Hamptons’ swimming pool needs ever since. With over 30 years of experience in construction and service, no dream is too big. The company was founded on a simple business plan based on character, trust, and honesty. Over the years, Pelican Pools has turned into a family affair. My wife Nicole and my daughter Justine work in the office for service, and my son Devon works in the field for construction. My lifelong friend Gary Grismer are partners with me, and my cousin Neil Powell leads the construction crews. Being surrounded by family and amazing friends/staff makes Pelican Pools a special company.
