John Tisera
Chief Executive Officer

John is a seasoned executive with over a decade of leadership experience across various industries in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and home services. Before joining Azureon, he most recently served as President at NearU, an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company he helped build into a market leader. John is confident that his experience at NearU will translate well to the pool industry and looks forward to applying his skills as CEO of Azureon. John and his wife, Jules, have two daughters, Georgie and Kelly Jo.

Scott Jacob
Chief Financial Officer

With over 35 years of experience in various financial leadership roles, Scott has helped companies through strategic decision-making, achieving sustainable growth and improving profitability. His extensive experience in M&A, audit, finance and accounting has provided him with a strong foundation to excel as a CFO. As CFO, he most recently led an extremely successful buy and build exit strategy for a PE owned portfolio company. He is excited to have this next opportunity to help lead another successful exit strategy for O2 Investment Partners. Personally, Scott is married and has 3 children (ages 27, 26 and 22). He’s an animal lover who owns two dogs (one of which is a rescue) and a cat (also a rescue). He also enjoys most sports and outdoor activities. He’s a CPA in NJ.

Isaac Keselman
Chief Operating Officer

Isaac Keselman is a highly respected leader in the swimming pool industry, recognized for his dedication, expertise, and innovative approach. As the Founder and CEO of The Aqua Doctor, Isaac has built one of the most efficient and high-performing companies in the pool industry, earning widespread acclaim for his commitment to excellence. Isaac’s leadership extends beyond his own business, as he plays a pivotal role in advancing the industry through his work with various organizations. He currently serves as Vice President of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA) and is the 2025 Atlantic City Show Chair. A long-standing advocate for education and professional development, Isaac held the position of Education Chair for the Metro Chapter of NESPA from 2017 to 2023, the current Education Chair for NESPA and is a proud member of the NESPA 1/4 Century Club. Additionally, he is an active member of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Builders Council, where he contributes to setting the standards for the industry.

He is a GENESIS/PHTA Certified Master Pool Builder and Design Professional and holds a Watershapes University Certified IWI designation, showcasing his commitment to advancing his craft and maintaining the highest industry standards.

Kyle Chaikin
Chief Business Development Officer

An established and respected leader in the swimming pool industry, Kyle serves as the President of Chaikin Ultimate Pools and is the immediate Past President of NESPA; Kyle currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Kyle is uniquely positioned to spearhead our business development efforts with a vast network and decades of service in industry associations. He will leverage his connections to recruit strategic partners and identify growth opportunities, further strengthening Azureon’s market position. Kyle’s heart and soul have been the driving force behind the formation of Azureon, making him the clear choice to introduce and share our initiatives while seeking out like-minded industry professionals to elevate our industry.

Mike Todd
Chief Integration and Development Officer

Mike has been in the swimming pool industry his whole life. After graduating from Marist College in 1994 with a BA in History, he began his career at Rainbow Pools. He started out as the Service Manager, growing that division tenfold in 8 years. He purchased Rainbow Pools and became president in 2008. Since then, Rainbow Pools has added a gunite pool division and a design/build landscape division named Living Art Designs. Mike oversaw tremendous company growth, doubling its size from 2010 to 2024. As the Chief Integration and Development Officer for Azureon, Mike will work with the COO Isaac Keselman, CBDO Kyle Chaikin, and the entire Azureon team to perform pre-and post-LOI diligence and operational/sales assessments, lead the post-close integration process, develop annual growth plans, lead retail best practices, and be the seller representative to the board of directors. Outside of the pool industry, Mike enjoys woodworking, traveling, and being outdoors in the Hudson Valley of NY. He will celebrate 30 years of marriage to Elisabeth in 2025. They have two children, Liam and Haley, who reside in NYC.

Ninoska (Ordonez) Sornoza
Director of Human Resources

Nina Sornoza Ordonez is a seasoned HR Director with over 25 years of expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance. She excels in M&A integration, payroll, and benefits management. As Director of Human Resources for Azureon, she is developing the HR department and integrating M&A initiatives. Additionally, in her previous roles, she has achieved a high retention rate post-acquisition, reduced employee injuries by 40%, and significantly enhanced the recruiting process, leading to improved hiring outcomes, with the last two companies relying heavily on skilled trades to drive company results.

Seann Kim
Chief Corporate Development Officer

Seann is an experienced M&A leader with a proven track record in identifying and
executing strategic acquisitions to drive long-term value. Before joining Azureon, he drove profitable growth and market share expansion with a focus on building long-term
value through fifteen acquisitions for an industrial distribution company, Motion & Control Enterprises. Seann began his M&A career as an investment banker with Bank of America. A seasoned combat veteran prior to banking, he served with the Special Forces as Green Beret for a decade. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley
School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy. Seann and his wife, Hannah, have three children, Charlotte, Lincoln, and Petals.
