What the Top 50 recognizes
Pool & Spa News is the pool and spa industry’s leading trade publication. Each year, its editors review detailed applications and score companies across five areas:
- Service revenue, as a measure of company health
- Staff management and training, including how teams are developed and retained
- Industry involvement, from association work to continuing education
- Web presence, reflecting how companies reach and inform customers
- Community involvement, recognizing companies that give back where they work
Because the ranking looks at the whole company, not just its size, it reflects the work of every team behind the service.
Built on strong teams
Azureon was founded in 2024 to bring top-performing pool service companies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic together as one organization. Each branch brings deep local roots and long-standing customer relationships. Together, we share standards for service quality, safety, and customer care.
Training is a big part of that. In February 2026, Azureon became the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance’s first Center of Excellence Enterprise Partner. That partnership gives our teams access to on-demand industry education, so technicians across every branch can keep building their skills.
