o Appeal any decision we make regarding a CTDPA consumer request within sixty (60) days of receiving our response.  Instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided in our response to your request.

 

D. Maine, New Jersey, and New Hampshire Residents

At present, Maine, New Jersey, and New Hampshire do not provide additional statutory privacy rights beyond those laid out in this Section.  We nevertheless honor the same rights for residents of these states as described in this Section.

 

VIII. Google AdWords or Adroll Remarketing

 

This website uses the Google AdWords and Adroll remarketing service to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. This could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Company X website.
